Toolfuz Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Toolfuz (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit toolfuz.com, create an account, or use our Litecoin payment gateway, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Summary: we collect only what we need to run your account and secure the Services. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t see your private keys or take custody of your funds.

1) Information we collect

  • Account data — name (or business name), email address, password hash, CSRF/session identifiers.
  • Operational data — wallet labels/addresses you generate, invoices you create, webhooks you configure, subscription plan and billing logs, API keys you create/rotate.
  • Usage & device data — IP, user-agent, timestamps, error logs, rate-limit counters, basic analytics (aggregated).
  • Support data — content of messages or emails you send us.
  • Third-party signals — if enabled, Google reCAPTCHA may collect device/interaction data to detect abuse (see reCAPTCHA disclosure below).

2) How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the Services (dashboard, APIs, webhooks, email alerts).
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, rate-limit abuse, and detect fraud.
  • Operate subscriptions and account limits/quotas.
  • Send important service notices (security, system status, invoices/receipts).
  • Improve performance, reliability, and UX using aggregated metrics.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3) Legal basis (EEA/UK, where applicable)

  • Contract — to deliver the Services you request.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure, monitor, and improve the Services.
  • Consent — where required (e.g., certain cookies/communications).
  • Legal obligation — to meet applicable laws and requests from authorities.

4) Cookies & similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and CSRF protection. We may use lightweight analytics (aggregate, pseudonymous). If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled on certain forms, it sets cookies to help prevent automated abuse.

reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

5) Sharing & third parties

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Services (e.g., hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) under appropriate agreements. Where you enable webhooks, data you choose to send will be delivered to the endpoints you configure.

  • Blockchain: transaction details are public on the Litecoin network; we do not control third-party explorers.
  • Payments/subscriptions: if you subscribe to a paid plan, we process payment-related information needed to mark a subscription active. We do not store your credit card; crypto payments are recorded on-chain.

6) Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS in transit, salted password hashing, least-privilege access, audit logs, and rate-limits. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys; treat them like passwords and rotate them if exposed.

7) Data retention

We keep account and operational records for as long as you have an account and for a reasonable time after closure to meet legal, accounting, and security requirements. Logs and backups have finite lifetimes and are purged on schedules. You may request deletion; some minimal records may be retained where legally necessary.

8) International transfers

We may process information on servers located in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) for cross-border transfers.

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To exercise a right, contact us at support@toolfuz.com. We will verify and respond within required time frames.

10) Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to remove it.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or banner).
